Basic Fees

RETAINER

The following are non-refundable retainers that will be applied to services rendered.

  • Minimum Retainer

    $1,500
    This is a non-refundable retainer. It is applied to services rendered. If additional funds are necessary, client will be notified in advance.

  • Designation

    $1,000
    Clients are not allowed to designate an expert without prior approval. Because designation of an expert can have a direct effect on the outcome of a case. this fee is not refundable but will be applied to services rendered if necessary.

TESTIMONY

Sworn testimony includes depositions, CA State Bar reviews, courtroom proceedings, military court, etc.

  • Sworn Testimony

    $450.00
    Hourly rate begins when expert is required to be present until expert is released. There is no minimum charge.
